If you decide not to buy your ReTree through Etsy and use the ReTree website instead, your payment is collected securely via PayPal as soon as you place your order. You don't have to have a PayPal account and can purchase goods from us with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as you've placed your order. Please note that if you are using an echeck via Paypal, your payment can take 2-5 days to clear. We will ship once payment has cleared.

The last day to order for Christmas is December 16, 2018

We'll not be fulfilling orders between December 17, 2018 and January 1, 2019. If you order during or after this time, we'll gladly send you a ReTree soon after January 2. Nothing like getting an early start on 2019!

Defective Goods or Missing Parts

We take pride in our products and work hard to make sure they're of the highest quality possible. We inspect your order before it is sent to you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if your order is defective or has missing parts, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. We will replace or repair any goods that are defective or missing, or we will refund you the full amount of your order once your return has been processed.

Shipping Damage

If your item has been damaged during shipping, please report it to us with photographs of the damage immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. We will arrange replacement once you've done this ASAP. If we do not receive documentation of shipping damage, we cannot guarantee a replacement. We do not accept returns on damaged items unless we have been notified of shipping damage, with documentation of the damage.


We accept returns of new and unused goods within 14 days of delivery to your address. If you decide to return your purchase, please email us ASAP, and we will send you the return address. We'll reimburse the price of your order, less a 10% restocking fee, as long as the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent to you. Goods not in this condition are not eligible for returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return delivery will be paid by sender.

Please make sure that the address you've entered on your order matches the address you would like your item shipped to. We ship to the address listed on your order and can't be held responsible for packages that are returned to us or lost because of the incorrect address being provided to us.
